The Regente is slightly further back from what most people would consider the heart of Benidorm but it is still in a nice position. With the main entrance up a slight incline, the Regente may not be the best choice of hotel for the elderly or frail but is within a few minutes of the Plaza Triangular for the younger generation.

The meals at the Regente are buffet style and the hotel caters well to the British holiday maker. The rooms are of an adequate size and there are lifts to all floors. The restaurant is actually in the basement of the hotel so this can sometimes be a problem if there is a queue for the lifts when you have finished dining for those unable to negotiate the flight of stairs.

Of an evening there is a taxi rank just a few minutes walk away should you wish to use it however for many people, most attractions will be within walking distance.
